Return, Refund & exchange Policy
How long does shipping take? We know you want your items like yesterday! It takes us 24 hrs to process the order & we choose 1-3 day shipping. Usually, if you're in the Houston area it takes 1-2 days, all other states around 3-5 days. If you're in the Houston area, you can also PICK-UP!
Items don't fit? No worries, we can help!
Exchanges: If you need to exchange for a different size, no problem! Please send us back the item you wish to exchange within 14 business days, in new condition with tags, with a note of what size you need. We will replace & send back the item asap!
- Important note- the customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.
Returns: All returns must be received within 2-weeks (14 business days) of the delivery date. Items must be in new condition with original tags. Once received on our end, we will process a full refund back to you. If received after 14 days, you will receive a full store credit in the amount of the return.
- All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume.
- Important note- the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual color you see depends on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
